To facilitate the continual development and planting of healthy Churches, Pastors and Leaders in the Baptist Churches of Western Australia through:
Church Health Consultancy: Churches are assisted by an external consultant to analyze their overall health. The consultant brings recommendations and is available to assist churches to implement the recommendations. It is recommended that each church undertake a church health consultancy every five years.
Training church leaders: Healthy leaders build healthy churches. Leaders are trained in church health and healthy leadership principles on site or through seminars.
Supporting Pastors: Assisting pastors with specific issues related to ministry, change, leadership etc. in order to help them lead churches towards health.
Church Planting Consultations: Develop a church planting strategy and assist churches to plant congregations, campuses and new churches.
Evangelism consultations: Assist churches to develop evangelism strategies for their particular situation and train members in evangelism.
